As I reflect on my spending habits, I’ve come to realize that there are certain money-saving strategies that, no matter how beneficial they may be, I’ll likely never adopt. The no-restaurant challenge, for instance, is not exactly my cup of tea. However, that doesn’t mean I’m oblivious to the importance of self-reflection and assessing my financial habits.

I cook most nights, DIY my home decor, and opt for walking as my primary mode of exercise. While I may not be a paragon of frugality, I’m doing reasonably well. As someone who works from home, I’ve unintentionally practiced this concept on days when I haven’t left the house.
