Rise and Shine: How a Morning Routine Can Transform Your Day
Getting up early was never my thing. I used to dread the thought of waking up before 7 AM. But, after discovering the benefits of a morning routine, I’ve become a convert. Now, I rise at 5:15 AM most mornings, and it’s made a significant difference in my life.
