This shift in priority has improved my overall health and well-being.

Regular doctor appointments are another essential investment. I’ve put off seeing a specialist due to the copay, but I’ve come to realize that neglecting my health could have serious consequences. Investing in mental health, yearly physicals, and preventative services is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
