As I reflect on my journey, I realize that I never intended to venture beyond career coaching. However, the constant inquiries from readers about transforming my blog into a business led me down a new path. The prospect of adding more to my plate was daunting, especially with a 3-month-old baby in tow. I worried about standing out in a crowded online market dominated by established business coaches.

Breaking Down Barriers

My fears and doubts threatened to hold me back. I was hesitant to join the ranks of online business coaches, fearing I wouldn’t be able to make a meaningful impact. But something shifted inside me. I recognized that I needed to focus on my unique strengths and the community I wanted to serve. By embracing my authenticity, I began to break down the barriers that stood in my way.

A Community of Support

Fast-forward to today, and I’m proud to say that our Corporate Rescue Plan community has grown to over 400 members. It’s a testament to the power of being true to oneself and serving others with passion and dedication. I’m humbled by the successes of our members, even when I sometimes doubt my own qualifications.
