What sparked the idea for your business?
I began my career as a blogger, sharing my passion for career development and women’s empowerment. As my audience grew, I realized the need for more comprehensive resources, leading me to create online courses, coaching programs, and eventually, a membership site. -
How do you generate revenue?
My business primarily earns money through membership sites, group coaching, online courses, affiliate marketing, and partnerships with brands. Recently, we launched our first physical product, a planner.

How did you scale your business?
Consistency was key. I regularly posted on my blog, engaged with my audience, and created valuable content. I also developed an online course to address specific pain points in my market. -
What role did advertising play in your growth?
I didn’t invest in Facebook ads until 2014, nearly five years into my journey. However, once I had a deep understanding of my market and a clear solution to their problems, ads helped me scale my business.

I follow the principles outlined in “Profit First.” I prioritize paying myself first, avoid debt, and maintain a frugal approach to expenses. This allows me to invest back into my business and ensure its continued growth.

It’s an incredible experience. We make a great team, and while it can be challenging at times, the benefits of having a shared vision and flexible schedule far outweigh any difficulties. -
How did you make the decision to leave your 9-to-5 job?
After years of building my business on the side, I knew it was time to take the leap. I had a steady stream of clients, a proven concept, and a growing business that required more attention. -
Was it scary to take the risk of quitting your job?
Not really. I had prepared financially, paid off debt, and saved enough to support myself during the transition. I was more excited about the opportunity to pursue my passion full-time than fearful of the unknown.
