  • 1 (6-pound) watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 4 (12-ounce) bottles white beer, such as Hoegaarden, chilled

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Strain and Blend: Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and blend half of the watermelon until liquified. Pour through the strainer, scraping the inside surface to extract as much juice as possible. Repeat with the remaining watermelon.
