- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tbsp. egg white
Instructions
- Make the Pie Dough: Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Cut in butter and lard until crumbly. Sprinkle cold water over the mixture, just until the dough holds together. Press into a disk shape and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
