Embracing Self-Love: A Guided Meditation

Finding Inner Peace

Welcome to this transformative meditation, where we’ll embark on a journey of release, calm, and self-love. As you settle in, allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress, and simply be present in this moment.

Releasing Tension

Find a comfortable position, relaxing your shoulders down your spine. Take slow, steady breaths, opening your mouth, and moving your jaw up and down. Gently tilt your head from side to side, softening into the present. As you exhale, feel any remaining tension melt away.

Breathing into Calm

Deepen your breath, inhaling through your nose, and filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment, then release slowly through your nose. Continue to breathe with ease, allowing your body to relax further with each exhalation.

Setting Intentions

As you find a peaceful state, allow your mind to drift, and focus on your inner world. See yourself in your mind’s eye, and set an intention for yourself based on self-love. What do you desire in this moment? How do you want to show up in your life? How do you want to nurture self-love and allow it to guide your actions? Begin your intention with the words “I am…” and lock it in, allowing your mind to wander as you listen to my voice.

Living in the Now

As we continue on this meditation journey, we’ll release the past, let go of worries about the future, and actively live in the present moment. Allow yourself to fully surrender, and simply be.
