Game-Changing Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pounds ground dark-meat turkey
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large ripe avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 small ripe tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
