Gal Gadot’s Goodles: The Game-Changing Mac and Cheese Revolution

Revolutionizing the Comfort Food Industry: Gal Gadot’s Goodles Mac and Cheese

Gal Gadot, the talented actress known for her roles in Wonder Woman and Fast & Furious, has taken on a new challenge – co-founding a healthy mac and cheese brand called Goodles. With a mission to bring nutrition, quality ingredients, and flavor to the $4.4 billion mac and cheese industry, Goodles is set to shake things up.

The Birth of Goodles

Goodles was founded by a powerhouse team consisting of Gal Gadot, Jen Zeszut, Paul Earle, and Deb Luster. Their goal is to create a noodle that is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, protein, and fiber. According to Zeszut, “We can make a noodle gooder with cleaner ingredients, more protein, more fiber, and it can taste more delicious than anything out there.”

What Sets Goodles Apart

Goodles boasts a unique recipe that includes nutrient-powered noodles, organic veggies, and a Clean Label Project certification. The brand’s rigorous product development process involved a staff nutritionist and 4,500 taste-testers, known as Do Gooders. The result is a mac and cheese that is not only tasty but also nutritious.

A Taste Test Like No Other

Our team taste-tested all four Goodles flavors, and the verdict is in. From the Twist My Parm flavor, which combines the richness of white cheddar popcorn with the satisfaction of a filling meal, to the Mover and Shaker flavor, which brings Italian flair to the table, each variety is a game-changer.

Twist My Parm: This spiral noodle mac and cheese is a cheesy, rich, and pungent taste sensation. Bonus points for satiety – the extra fiber and protein will keep you full.

Mover and Shaker: This elbow noodle mac and cheese is a shabby-chic take on cacio e pepe. The Romano-Parmesan blend made with buttermilk is a winner, and the pairing suggestion of red wine and Pixar’s “Luca” is a nice touch.

Cheddy Mac: This classic boxed mac and cheese gets a healthy twist. While it’s good, it doesn’t quite live up to the other flavors. Still, it’s worth a try, especially with a cold beer or fizzy seltzer.

Shella Good: This white cheddar shell mac and cheese is similar to Cheddy Mac. Good, but not exceptional.

Nutrition Assessment: Is Goodles Good for You?

Our nutrition expert reviewed the Goodles flavors and gave them a thumbs-up compared to competitors like Kraft. The pros include:

  • Higher protein and fiber content, promoting fullness and healthy portion control
  • 90 fewer calories per 1-cup serving compared to Kraft
  • Good source of vitamins and minerals like iron, folate, zinc, B12, and selenium

The cons include:

  • Wheat and dairy content, making it unsuitable for those with celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and lactose intolerance (gluten-free and vegan varieties are on the way!)
  • Higher price point compared to Kraft, but reflective of the quality ingredients used

The Future of Goodles

According to Zeszut and Earle, big plans are in store for the brand, including grocery store availability in 2022. Expect exciting flavor collaborations and mac varieties for different dietary needs. With Gal Gadot at the helm, Goodles is set to revolutionize the comfort food industry one delicious, nutritious mac and cheese at a time.
