Let the grill heat up to at least 250°F, which should take around 15 minutes. Once the temperature is reached, place the aluminum pan of almonds on the cooking grate, but not directly over the lit charcoal. Cook, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through the cooking time.
