As a seasoned yoga enthusiast, I’ve explored various styles, from Vinyasa to Kundalini. But when I stumbled upon “orgasmic yoga,” I was intrigued. This fusion of yoga, belly dancing, and burlesque promised to unlock my sexual energy and deepen my orgasms. I had to experience it for myself.
Meeting Tatiana, the Sexuality Coach
My instructor, Tatiana Dellepiane, exuded confidence and approachability. Her warm demeanor put me at ease, and I sensed a buzz of excitement in the dimly lit room. We began by exploring the five secrets to a successful orgasmic yoga experience.
The Five Secrets to Orgasmic Yoga
- Bliss Breath: Inhale and exhale deeply through your nose, constricting the back of your throat to create an ocean-like whispering sound.
- Secret Squeeze: Engage your pelvic floor muscles by squeezing your pubic bone.
- Pelvic Tilts: Gently push your hips forward on the inhale and release on the exhale.
- Small Hip Circles: Circle your hips forward on the inhale and back on the exhale.
- Microcosmic Orbit: Caress your body with feather-light touches, moving your hands over your arms, legs, and hair.
Flowing through the Sequences
With these techniques in mind, we flowed through four sequences: Standing Goddess, Kneeling Goddess, Doggie Goddess, and Missionary Goddess. Each sequence built upon the previous one, incorporating the five secrets to unlock our sexual energy.
Standing Goddess: Awkward but Promising
The first sequence, Standing Goddess, felt awkward at first. I struggled to synchronize my Bliss Breath with my Secret Squeezes. However, as I focused on the tiny hip circles and caresses, I began to relax and enjoy the sensations.
Kneeling Goddess: Embracing Sensuality
Kneeling Goddess was more engaging, as I explored the connection between my breath, squeezes, and pelvic tilts. The exercise helped me let go of my inhibitions, and I began to feel a sense of excitement and anticipation.
Doggie Goddess: Unleashing the Magic
The Doggie Goddess sequence was where the magic happened. The tiny hip circles and micro-movements stimulated my clitoris, and I felt a surge of sexual energy. I started to visualize the sex I would have with my husband later, and the music Tatiana chose kept the energy high.
Missionary Goddess: The Grand Finale
By the time we reached Missionary Goddess, I was ready to take action. The sequence incorporated hip bridges, leg openers, and Happy Baby pose, leaving me feeling empowered and eager to explore my sexuality further.
The Verdict on Orgasmic Yoga
While orgasmic yoga may not have delivered on all its promises, it certainly got me in the mood. I didn’t experience a deeper orgasm that night, but I reached the finish line with gusto. This practice is not just about sex; it’s about embracing your sensuality and unlocking your full potential. I’m excited to continue exploring this new dimension of fulfillment.
