Prepare Your Ingredients
Before you start cooking, make sure you have the following ingredients within arm’s reach:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 large egg, whisked with 1 teaspoon water
- 4 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 1 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast, butterflied
