A Culinary Epiphany
One fateful evening, I found myself staring at a pair of pork chops, devoid of inspiration. The usual recipes seemed dull, and I was forced to think outside the box. The result was a dish so divine, it redefined the very notion of pork chop perfection.
The Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 thick, boneless pork chops (3/4 – 1″ thick)
- Your favorite BBQ sauce (President’s Choice Smokin’ Stampede Beer and Chipotle recommended)
The Magic Happens
Step 1: Prepare for Glory
Preheat the broiler and grab a cookie sheet with a rack (borrowed from my toaster oven, no less).
Step 2: Pat and Primp
Gently pat the pork chops with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and ensure the sauce adheres beautifully. Don’t trim that precious fat!
Step 3: Sauce It Up
Place the chops on the rack and slather on some BBQ sauce. A dollop on top, a smear with my finger, and a gentle coating of the sides – that’s the ticket!
Step 4: Broil and Flip
Shove those chops under the broiler for 6.5-7 minutes, showing them no mercy. When the timer goes off, flip them over, add another dose of sauce, and return them to the oven for another 6.5-7 minutes.
Step 5: Rest and Reap
Remove the chops from the oven, place them on a plate, and cover with foil to rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve, and behold the carnivore heaven that awaits!
