Effective Exercises for a Full-Body Workout

Here are three of our favorite bodyweight exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once:

Bear Crawl: Engage Your Core and Get Moving

Start on your hands and knees, then rise up onto your toes and tighten your core. Slowly reach forward with your right arm and right knee, followed by your left side. Continue the crawl for 8-10 reps, feeling the burn in your abs and legs.

Mountain Climber: A Cardio Blast

Begin on your hands and knees, then bring your left foot forward directly under your chest while straightening your right leg. Keeping your hands on the ground and core tight, jump and switch legs. The left leg should now be extended behind your body with your right knee forward. Repeat for a cardio-packed workout.

Burpees: The Ultimate Full-Body Exercise

Start in a low squat position with your hands on the floor. Next, kick your feet back to a push-up position, complete one push-up, then immediately return your feet to the squat position. Leap up as high as possible before squatting and moving back into the push-up portion of the exercise. This one’s a real challenge, but the results are worth it!
