Spiced Nuts Recipe
Makes: 10 servings
Ready in: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb raw cashews
- 1/2 lb raw walnuts
- 1/2 lb raw almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chopped rosemary (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 tsp sea salt (plus more to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the cashews, walnuts, almonds, and melted coconut oil. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread the nut mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with additional salt and fresh rosemary while the nuts are still warm.
- Allow the nuts to cool for 15 minutes before stirring to break up any large clusters. Serve and enjoy!
