The Wrapping Technique in 8 Easy Steps

  1. Spread your fingers wide apart.
  2. Place your thumb through the loop.
  3. Wrap the material over the top of your hand and around your wrist three times.
  4. Wrap your knuckles three times for added protection.
  5. Bring the wrap under your thumb and thread it between each finger.
  6. Wrap once around your wrist to secure the finger straps, then once around your thumb.
  7. Wrap your knuckles three more times, followed by another wrap around your wrist.
  8. Secure the wrap with velcro and you’re ready to go!
