“A Day in the Life: What It’s Really Like to Be a Career Coach” – Part 1

A Day in the Life of a Career Coach: Behind the Scenes

Ever wondered what a typical day looks like for a career coach? Today, I’m excited to share with you a behind-the-scenes look at my Tuesday schedule, which is dedicated to coaching and supporting my clients.

My Morning Routine (5:30 am – 8:30 am)

My day starts early, around 5:30 am, when I feed my baby and begin my morning routine. I prioritize self-care by listening to audiobooks, meditations, and affirmations while getting ready for the day. I also review my vision board, set daily goals, and check our business revenue.

Getting the Kids Ready (6:30 am – 7:30 am)

Once my older kids wake up, we start getting them ready for school. My husband and I work together to make breakfast, pack backpacks, and get everyone dressed and out the door on time.

Workout and Shower (7:30 am – 8:15 am)

After dropping off the kids, I head to the gym for a quick workout and shower. Exercise helps me clear my mind and sets a positive tone for the day.

Preparing for Coaching Calls (8:30 am – 11:00 am)

I spend the morning reviewing my calendar, responding to client questions, and preparing for coaching calls. I also create new training materials and resources for my certification program and membership site.
