Getting to Know Gabby Abigail
As a blogger, I’ve always wanted to share a bit more about myself with my readers. So, I’ve put together a list of 20 facts that will give you a glimpse into my life, interests, and passions.
A New Year’s Eve Baby
I was born on December 31st, which makes me a lucky New Year’s Eve baby. I love starting each new year with a different age and celebrating my birthday in the midst of the holiday season.
Language and Culture
I’m bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. My parents made sure I learned both languages at a young age, and I’m grateful for that. I also have a passion for other languages, particularly Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese!).
Travel and Adventure
I believe traveling is one of the greatest things in life. My top 7 countries to visit someday include Italy, Egypt, Brazil, Israel, Spain, Argentina, and France. I’ve already been to several states in the US, including New York, Ohio, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and more.
From Fashion to Blogging
Growing up, I wanted to be a fashion designer or teacher. However, I ended up studying art and accounting in college and eventually became a blogger. It’s been the best decision I ever made!
Middle Child Syndrome
I’m the middle child, with an older and younger sister. But I don’t think being a middle child has been a bad thing – I love having an older sister to look up to and a younger sister to look after.
Favorite Things
I love pandas, deer, and tigers – all very different animals, but beautiful in their own way. I’m also a fan of neutral colors, although my favorite color is red. And, of course, I have a weakness for pineapple pizza!
Fitness and Art
I developed a love for fitness after taking a dance class in college. Now, I enjoy working out, trying new exercises, and keeping my body in shape. I’m also passionate about art – I love creating it, appreciating it, and visiting art museums.
Organized and Driven
I’m not afraid to admit that I’m a neat freak and a bit of a perfectionist. I love using schedules, planners, and checklists to stay organized and focused.
Homebody
As much as I love traveling, there’s no place like home. I enjoy spending time at home, blogging, painting, bullet journaling, and just relaxing.
Faith and Spirituality
I was born into a Christian family and have been raised as a Christian all my life. Although I always believed in God, I didn’t build a personal relationship with Him until after 2016.
