I vow to become a more dedicated designer, a loyal friend, a healthy eater, a consistent gym-goer, and a more present person. But, like many others, my enthusiasm gradually fades, and my lofty goals remain unfulfilled.

- Fit in some form of exercise, no matter how brief – a short walk or some jumping jacks.
- Take a moment to appreciate something beautiful and truly absorb its beauty.
- Make time to read something that enriches my mind and soul.
These simple, achievable goals will help me cultivate mindfulness, engage with my surroundings, and set a positive tone for the New Year.
