Step Inside Our Dream Office: A Thrifty Chic Haven

Welcome to Our Dream Workspace

After months of planning and designing, we’re thrilled to finally share our beautiful office space with you. From humble beginnings – sketching ideas on napkin corners in bars – to walking through the doors every morning, it’s a true triumph.

A Space That Reflects Our Personality

When we first laid eyes on the space, it was a far cry from the vibrant hub we envisioned. The walls were a drab mayonnaise color, but we saw beyond the bland façade. We set out to create a space that reflects our unique personality, blending functionality with style.

Thrifty Chic Meets Modern Comfort

We’re proud to say that almost everything in our office, except for a few exceptions, has been sourced from thrift stores, IKEA, TJ Maxx/Marshall’s, or handed down from loved ones. Lauren’s desk is from Wayfair, and Chelsea’s is from – you guessed it – a popular online retailer. The daybed, a thoughtful gift from Chelsea’s mom, has been repurposed as a cozy couch, perfect for lounging or hosting guests.

Coffee Breaks and Creative Corners

Our coffee station, a DIY masterpiece, will get its own spotlight soon. Maya’s corner, equipped with an IKEA desk and chair, is a tranquil retreat when she’s in town from LA. The coffee table, rescued from a thrift store, has been transformed with a dash of silver contact paper and a few carefully chosen decorations.

Personal Touches and Whimsy

Candles, knick-knacks, and eclectic trinkets, all sourced from our favorite discount stores, add a touch of warmth to the space. Our gallery wall is a vibrant mix of IKEA frames, gifts, and treasures collected from friends and flea markets. Even our flowers, though fake, bring a soft, feminine glow to the room.

Behind the Scenes

Down the hall, our storage area and mini-library are still evolving, but we promise to share the final result soon. For now, we’re thrilled to give you a glimpse into our creative haven. If there’s anything that catches your eye, let us know in the comments – we’d love to share more!
