Wealth generation perpetuates inequality, making it essential to address this issue.

Homelessness in the United States is not due to a lack of homes but rather a lack of affordable housing. Vacant properties burden communities, driving down property values and imposing costs on local governments. The focus on luxury housing construction exacerbates the issue, while job loss remains a primary catalyst for homelessness.
