Imagine a red ball of energy forming at the base of your spine, representing your root chakra. As you breathe in, visualize this energy circling upward, followed by an orange circle of light at your sacral chakra, a yellow circle at your solar plexus, a green circle at your heart, a blue circle at your throat, an indigo circle at your third eye, and a pure white light at your crown chakra. Allow these colors to spin beautifully, filling you with a sense of harmony and balance.

Nurturing Your Sacral Chakra

Focus on your sacral chakra, the center of your creative energy, sexual orientation, and emotional intelligence. Breathe deeply, imagining the color orange bathing you in its warm, empowering light. Repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

“I am a creative force. I possess the ability, power, and knowledge to create. I am celebrating my creativity. I live a passionate life. I am emotionally balanced…”

Embracing Your True Self

As you continue to breathe in this nourishing energy, allow yourself to feel safe, secure, and grounded. Know that you are exactly where you need to be, with the lessons and life you currently have. You are creative, strong, and emotionally sound.

Returning to the Present
