Instructions
Cake

- Sift matzo cake meal and potato starch through a fine mesh strainer three times; set aside.
- Beat egg whites in a stand mixer until frothy, then add lemon juice, orange juice, and salt.

- Sift and fold in matzo cake meal mixture, then spoon into a clean tube pan.
