What’s better than a juicy taco? A breakfast taco, of course! And what’s even more incredible is that you can whip up this mouthwatering dish in just 20 minutes. Yes, you read that right – 20 minutes!

The Magic Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked seasoned ground beef (leftover taco filling works wonders)
  • 6 large eggs
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • Ketchup, for the ultimate diner touch
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Frying Up a Storm

Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a dash of oil. Then, add the cooked beef and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
