- 6 cups of chopped hearts of romaine lettuce

- 1 cup of roughly broken pita chips
- For the dressing: 6 tablespoons of tahini, juice of 2 lemons, 1 large garlic clove, minced, kosher salt, and ¼ cup of olive oil
