Ovenly’s Recipe for Pumpkin Olive Oil Loaf
Yield: Two 9×5-inch loaves
Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin puree, canned or homemade
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- Raw pepitas and turbinado sugar for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat and Prep
