Gather Your Ingredients

For this recipe, you’ll need:

Let’s Get Started

Preheat your oven to 450°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Place a baking sheet upside down in the oven to heat up while you prepare the toppings.

Brown the Chorizo

Remove the chorizo from its casing and cook it in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned – about 7 minutes. Set it aside on a plate.

Sauté the Mushrooms

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan, then add the mushrooms and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cook, stirring rarely, until they start to brown – about 10 minutes.

Assemble the Pizza

Roll out the pizza dough to a 10-inch round, then carefully place it on the hot baking sheet. Scatter the chorizo, mushrooms, Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp and browned – about 15 minutes.
