Gather Your Ingredients
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- 7 ounces Mexican chorizo
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 8 ounces quartered and stemmed cremini mushrooms
- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Let’s Get Started
Preheat your oven to 450°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Place a baking sheet upside down in the oven to heat up while you prepare the toppings.
