We’ve seen various versions of this challenge floating around, but ours takes it to the next level with 26 unique bodyweight exercises, ensuring you’ll never get bored or repeat the same move twice.

The Rules

  • Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, unless specified otherwise
  • Four exercises require a full minute of effort, divided into 30 seconds per side (left and right)
  • Start with letter A and work your way down to Z, without cheating or skipping any exercises
