  • 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie or leftover chicken
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
