To create this culinary masterpiece, you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, halved or quartered if large
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, more to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) fillets fresh halibut, skin removed
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced

Steam the Potatoes
